One of the most beloved rock bands of all time is coming back on stage with a North American tour that will truly Lay It On The Line! To celebrate fifty years of their success as a renowned live band, rock band Triumph has announced their Triumph 50th Anniversary Tour. With 10 shows in Canadian cities and 14 dates in America, the band is coming back to the road for their supporters. The band has shared in a statement how this tour has been crafted for their fans, saying, “Our fans have always been the heart of Triumph. Their energy, their belief, and the way they embraced the positivity in our music have carried us for fifty years. We’ve always said these songs were meant to bring people together — and that’s exactly why we’re coming back now. We knew there was still a chapter left to write. This tour is our chance to do it, together with the people who made the Triumph journey possible.” Just this year, their long-lasting impact on the rock genre has been highlighted with a 15-track tribute album, Magic Power: All-Star Tribute to Triumph, that showcased other notable rock stars like Slash, Nancy Wilson, and Phil X. It’s about time Triumph performs their popular hits once again!

Originally formed in 1975, Triumph is composed of three members: Rik Emmett on guitar and vocals, Mike Levine on bass and keyboards, and Gil Moore on drums and vocals. They are considered pioneers in impressive stage productions, integrating laser techniques, pyrotechnics, and theatrical elements. With 16 albums and DVDs, they have sold over 15 million albums worldwide and have received 18 gold and nine platinum awards in Canada and the United States. The band has been recognized for their timeless relevance to the music industry and has been inducted into the Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame in 2007, the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2008, and Canada’s Walk of Fame in 2019. They also have multiple nominations, including the Group of the Year Award, to the Juno Awards. Defining a significant era of arena rock, Triumph has truly shaped the Rock ‘N’ Roll Machine.

With 16 studio albums, Canadian rock band April Wine has reached the Top 40 singles charts with 21 different songs. They have also been inducted into the Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame with the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009 and the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2010. The band had several lineup changes throughout the years, but Just Between You and Me, their music, remains Canadian rock staples.
