Lee Brice at Freedom Hill Amphitheatre

Emerging in the early 2010s when most of his contemporaries were singing about party-hearty anthems, Lee Brice was a breath of fresh air by offering a subtler alternative through some laid back and heart-on-sleeve ballads. His songs "A Woman Like You," "Hard to Love," "I Drive Your Truck," and "I Don't Dance" entered the Top Ten country singles and showed not only his distinct voice but his superb songwriting skills. With such talent, he was able to write songs for other country music superstars like Jason Aldean, Eli Young Band, Tim McGraw, and Garth Brooks.

Brice's songs "Crazy Girl" and "I Drive Your Truck" both earned him the Academy of Country Music Awards Song of the Year in 2012 and 2014. In 2020, he won alongside Carly Pearce the Musical Event of the Year Award for their massive hit collaboration "I Hope You're Happy Now."

This summer, Brice will be back on the road for his "Label Me Proud Tour," which will stop at over 20 major venues in the country, including Michigan's Freedom Hill Amphitheatre, this June 18, 2022. Country singers Michael Ray and Tim Montana will join Brice as special guests for the show.

"Man, it feels good to announce this tour!" Brice exclaimed with excitement as he announced his tour. "It's been a while since we've all been back out on the road … Can't wait to be back in all these places with fans that are bar none the best ones out there!"

This is Brice's return to the road after the pandemic, so expect the country music star to give you one of the best country music events this summer. Be sure to reserve your tickets as early as now.
